During the measurement the following information is displayed:

  • Displayed value: Corresponds with the measuring result on the measuring instrument respectively on the Levelmeter. In case of differential measurement it is the difference of the two measurements (Value [A] - Value [B])

  • Values: this is the displayed value reduced to the base length used

  • Graphic: Displays the position where the measuring instrument must be placed

  • Length: Total length of the longitudinal line

  • Width: Total length of the transversal line

  • Step length longitudinal: length of step per measurement

  • Step length transversal: length of step per measurement

After the last measurement is taken automatically the following display of the measured surface appears. Alignment method is ISO1101 and the maximum flatness error is seen

In our example the selected standard is DIN 876 and the quality of the flatness corresponds to grade “00”. The standard may be changed by using <Options>. The display may also be completely omitted.

The following international standards are available:

  • DIN 876
  • JIS
  • GGG-P-463c
  • BS 817
