The instruments of the BlueSYSTEM-family are perfectly
suited to measure the geometry of machine
tools and to verify the quality of objects
like measuring and control surface plates.
They combine highest precision with the
robustness required on the shop floor and
easiness of use. Together with the software
LEVELSOFT and MT-SOFT these instruments are
successfully used worldwide by leading
machine tool manufacturers, machine
maintenance companies and calibration
laboratories.
The key features of the instruments of the
BlueSYSTEM-family are
-
highest precision and reproducibility
-
shop floor suitability
-
handheld and efficient to use
-
simple and reliable operation
-
compatibility with LEVELSOFT and
MT-SOFT to record geometries
A typical BlueSYSTEM-set consists of 2 BlueLEVEL
(BASIC) and a display unit BlueMETER
(BASIC).

This
newest generation of high
precision electronic inclination measuring instruments
or digital inclinometer
of the BlueSYSTEM
family are specifically suitable for the precision
measurement of smallest inclinations. Applications are
therefore in particular the flatness measurement of
surface plates or the measurement of the geometry of
machine tools.

The new
BlueSYSTEM is a
continuous further
enhancement of the
well known and well
established
inclination
measuring instruments
MINILEVEL NT and
LEVELTRONIC NT.
A
BlueSYSTEM
normally consists of
one or two
BlueLEVEL
and an indicating
unit
BlueMETER
SIGMA.
Depending on the
application the
BlueMETER
SIGMA
can also be
connected to a PC
with evaluation
software allowing
the on-line
evaluation and
presentation of the
measured values.

A set of instruments,
also called ENGINEER SET BlueSYSTEM,
normally consists of one
or two BlueLEVEL
and one BlueMETER
SIGMA,
forming the ideal tool
for measuring flatness
and machines under work
shop conditions.
Furthermore the ENGINEER
SET can be used for any
levelling task or
analysis of rotations.
The ENGINEER SET
BlueSYSTEM is
specifically adapted to
the needs of the
metrology specialist
taking care of machine
tool components. There
is a broad range of
applications due to the
possibility to use
differential
measurement.

BlueLEVEL BASIC - BlueMETER BASIC
|
The new
BlueSYSTEM
BASIC forms part of
the family of
BlueSYSTEM
instruments and is a
consistent further
enhancement of the well
proven
inclination measuring instruments
MINILEVEL NT and
LEVELTRONIC NT. The
BlueSYSTEM
BASIC provides the
same measuring precision
but slightly reduced
handling features
compared to the standard
BlueSYSTEM.
The main differences
between the
BlueSYSTEM
BASIC and the
BlueSYSTEM
STANDARD are:
The
BlueLEVEL
BASIC does not
provide an
integrated display
for the measuring
values and can
therefore only be
used in combination
with a
BlueMETER
BASIC
