ZEROMATIC 2/1 + 2/2
2–DIMENSIONAL PRECISION INCLINATION SENSOR WITH AUTOMATIC REVERSAL MEASUREMENT

Description Specifications Video Applications

The 2-dimensional inclination sensor ZEROMATIC combines highest accuracy with excellent long-term stability. This high accuracy is achieved by a periodic and automatic reversal measurement, which allows the compensation of any type of drift of the absolute zero-point.

The inclination sensors ZEROMATIC are perfectly suited for the monitoring of smallest inclination changes over a long period: dams, bridges, buildings, machine tools, synchrotrons, but also the absolute zero of a radar can be adjusted and monitored very accurately with a ZEROMATIC.

The ZEROMATIC 2/1
has 1 inclination sensor

The ZEROMATIC 2/2
has 2 inclination sensors

The ZEROMATIC 2/1 has 1 inclination sensor. Each reversal measurement will provide one set of absolute inclination values in X and Y direction.

The ZEROMATIC 2/2 has 2 inclination sensors. It can therefore provide continuous values for the inclination in X and Y direction. At defined intervals it will perform a reversal measurement and compensate any offset.

Typical applications are:

  • Monitoring of critical machines (Synchrotrons)
  • Monitoring of buildings, bridges or dams
  • Defining absolute zero references e.g. for radars
