and can be
downloaded from

are based on the
new developed
WyBus-Technology.
Instruments of
the
BlueSYSTEM-familiy,
which have been
delivered since
the same date
have already the
corresponding
firmware
installed and
are compatible
with the new
software-generation.
For all other
BlueSYSTEM-instruments
a
firmware-update
is required to
ensure the full
functionality.

If you are using an
engineers-set of
the NT-family
with a
Levelmeter 2000
and Minilevel NT
or Leveltronic
NT, you
have to enter

serial-number

The Software
MT-SOFT
for the
definition of
machine tool
geometry
for the WYLER
instruments
MINILEVEL,
LEVELTRONIC and
the new line
BlueSYSTEM.
Already more
than 20 years
ago WYLER AG
wrote the first
software to
facilitate the
measurement and
the evaluation
of flatness and
straightness.
Through
continuous
enhancements
this development
was leading to
the actual
version of the
well-known and
well-established
LEVELSOFT.
Listening to
customers we
learned that for
complex machines
LEVELSOFT had
its limitations.
The new software
MT-SOFT (Machine
Tool Inspection
Software) allows
now to go beyond
these
limitations.
For a highly
skilled,
specialized
mechanic
with a long
time
experience
it was quite
clear how
and where he
was supposed
to measure a
machine tool
in order to
take the
necessary
corrective
action,
mostly by
mechanical
adjustment
and by
scraping.
The objects
machined
today are
getting more
and more
complex and
the quality
requirements
are
increasing
constantly.
This
situation
has called
for larger,
more
powerful and
more complex
machine
tools with
the
respective
requirements
for higher
accuracy.
The geometry
checking of
a machine
tool as a
fundamental
pre-condition
for a high
quality
production
brings the
test
personal and
the
classically
used
instrumentation
to their
limitation.
A number of
methods are
presently
available
for the
determination
of the total
system error
of a
machine. It
is, however,
very
demanding to
determine
the source
of the
possible
errors in
order to
make the
necessary
corrections.
The major
goal for
developing
the software
MT-Soft was
to fill
exactly this
gap and to
supply the
engineer
with a tool
with which
he can take
the
necessary
measurements
and actions
not only in
the early
stage of the
manufacturing
process of a
new machine
tool but
also during
the final
assembly as
well as in
the
maintenance
and repair
phase.
The newly
developed
software
MT-Soft
allows to
measure
independently
various
geometrical
elements of
a machine
with
standard
inclination
measuring instruments.
The
individual
measuring
results can
be saved and
consolidated
3-dimensionally
allowing the
determination
of the total
error of the
machine. A
simple
example of
the great
variety of
the
possibilities
of the
software is
e.g. the
measurement
of the
vertical
spindle in
relation to
a horizontal
guide way of
a machine
tool. The
logical
layout and
the clear
structure of
the software
allows to
easily
measure even
complex
machines.
The left
graphics shows
the result of
the measurement
of the circular
bearing support
of a turning
table. Besides
the flatness of
the inner and
the outer circle
there is an
indication of
perpendicular
error of each
circle to the
z-axis as well.
The number of
numerical values
shown can be
chosen.

IMPORTANT:
The software
MT-SOFT can be
used without
license for
testing purposes
for a period of
two weeks
from the
installation.
For a further
utilisation the
software must be
validated within
this period by
WYLER AG.
License-Key for
Software:
After the
testing period
the user has to
buy a
valid licence
in order to
continue to use
it. He then
receives either
a validation key
for one specific
PC or (against a
surcharge) a
Hardware Dongle.
The Dongle
provides the
option to
install the same
software on
several
computers and to
move the Dongle
to the PC on
which the
software is
used.
