We distinguish between a flat-rate repair and a repair with a detailed cost estimate.

Flat-Rate Repair:
In the case of flat-rate repair, the repair is carried out at a flat rate. The price (total) is calculated from the sum of the repair lump sum prices of the individual devices. Only equipment that is defective and repaired will be charged.
Characteristics:
- It is possible to request an offer without the devices being at WYLER.
- Flat rate price
- Best possible delivery time (usually 3-5 weeks faster than repair with detailed estimate)
- Simplest variant. Simply fill in the form, send in the equipment with the form and receive repaired equipment back.
- 12 months warranty on all repaired device
Detailed cost estimate:
With the detailed cost estimate, the equipment is first analyzed. Based on this, you will receive an individual cost estimate showing which repairs need to be carried out.
Features:
- Individual price
- Equipment must be opened for a detailed cost estimate
- Receipt of a detailed cost estimate for the repair
- The repair will be carried out only after the detailed estimate has been ordered
- 12 months warranty on the replaced parts in the equipment
